Each person logs in with their link on the Pekata portal, available in seven languages, chooses what they want within the budget you've set, and indicates where to receive it: their home, the office, or the most convenient workplace.
HR doesn't collect or store addresses, and we resolve delivery issues directly with the person. We deliver across Europe and the company receives a single invoice with the breakdown. It's the way to work when the team is spread out, when someone joins remotely, or when there's no desk to leave the box on the first day.
Welcome Packs for Clients, Partners and Events
The same company welcome pack is perfect for welcoming a new client, partner, or attendees at your convention: branded box, two or three useful items with your logo and something gourmet inside. We deliver it to their office or home, and at events, we hand it out at the venue on the day.

What's included in a welcome pack of €35, €60 or €100 per person
- €35 per person: box with your branding, notebook (€6-15) and engraved metal pen (€3-5), welcome card and a gourmet treat. It's the essential pack: few items, none filler.
- €60 per person: the same plus the two items people actually use — an engraved steel thermal bottle (€15-30) and a t-shirt (€9-18) or a polo (€16-28) in their size, chosen on the portal. With the simplest garment, both fit; with the priciest, one.
- €100 per person: here comes the big item, a laptop backpack (€35-70) or an embroidered sweatshirt (€25-45), with the bottle and stationery from the previous tiers and free budget for the person to complete the pack as they like.
- With any budget, one good item is better than four mediocre ones. A welcome pack with a notebook you want to write in and good coffee is remembered better than one full of plastic with a logo.

Is there a minimum order for welcome packs?
Yes: 25 units per campaign, sent on demand, one by one if needed. We define the welcome gift once and produce it according to new hires, without you needing to store anything.
Can you deliver the welcome pack to the employee's home?

What changes is what's inside and how it arrives: at Pekata, with your branding, partly chosen by the person and delivered to the office or their home.
What should an employee welcome pack include?
Items used daily and something exciting to open: a box with your branding, a welcome card, a notebook and pen with your logo, a thermal bottle and a garment in their size, plus a gourmet treat. Avoid promotional filler: a welcome gift that ends up in a drawer says nothing about your company. If unsure, let the person choose part of the contents on the portal.
Can the welcome pack be customised for each person?
Yes. You set the box, common items, and a budget; the person chooses size, colour, and the rest of the contents on the portal, including the gourmet item, useful if there are allergies or preferences. As we produce from 25 units, each welcome pack is already customised without you managing sizes or leftovers.

What happens with my employees' data?
